Compliance & Call Quality

Protecting call quality across the network.

Compliance and quality protect consumers, affiliates, buyers, and Home Serv Pro. This page outlines general expectations across the network.

Genuine consumer intent

  • Calls should originate from real consumers with real service interest.
  • Manufactured urgency, coached intent, or scripted framing is not accepted.

Transparent advertising

  • Ads and landing pages must accurately represent what the consumer is calling about.
  • Deceptive layouts, false localization, or misleading claims are prohibited.

Traffic-source disclosure

  • Affiliates must disclose source and sub-source information before sending traffic.
  • Undisclosed sources may result in campaign suspension.

Prohibited call-generation practices

  • Voice bots, dialer-generated fake demand, recycled calls, duplicate manipulation, self-calls, and employee-generated calls presented as consumers are strictly prohibited.

Sub-affiliate management

  • Affiliates are responsible for the compliance and behavior of any sub-affiliates.
  • Hidden or unmanaged sub-affiliate traffic is not accepted.

Call recording and review

  • When enabled by the campaign, call recordings may be used to review quality and compliance in cooperation with buyers.

Dispute and quality-review cooperation

  • Both affiliates and buyers are expected to participate in reasonable, timely reviews of quality concerns.

Corrective action

  • Concerns may result in coaching, updates to campaign settings, adjustments, or — in serious or repeat cases — suspension.

Campaign suspension or termination

  • Home Serv Pro may pause or end a campaign or partnership when standards or agreements are not met.
